Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Since we operate as a dropshipping store, we do not hold inventory and products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, our return and refund process follows the AliExpress Seller’s policy:
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The product received is different from the description.
- The product does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that match the description and are delivered in good condition.
- Change of mind after the product has been shipped.
- Incorrect sizing or color choice made by the customer (please check product details carefully before ordering).
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
- We will work directly with the supplier to resolve your case under AliExpress Buyer Protection.
Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your payment provider (usually 7–14 business days).
